Hexagonal Honeycomb Structure made of DYNA FLEX TREKKER is made in a hexagonal honeycomb structure using DYNA FLEX. DYNA FLEX is nontoxic material approved by the U.S. FDA. It features outstanding elasticity and restoration so that absorbs and disperses effectively the shock to the joints. Hexagonal honeycomb structure is one of the solidest form to absorb and disperse the shock. (Registeration of design:2002-17567) We used the material of high price to reduce the insole's weight. And at the same time,TREKKER has the function of shock absorption, restoration, and there is no slipping to the right and left. DYNA FLEX (MEDICAL COMPOUNDS) has the best property of matter for functional insole for shock absorption.

Protects Joints and reduces physical fatigue in walking

• Hexagonal honeycomb structure makes TREKKER semipermanent product. It absorbs and disperse weight transferred to the feet when walking, jogging, climbing and so on. Finally,it reduces fatigue and increases the effect of exercise, and besides it could preclude lumbago.

Air Pump Function

• There are more than 700 honeycomb holes at the bottom of TREKKER. These holes are including 45 cubic centimeters of air.
• All these small air pumps emit 25.4 cubic centimeters of air every step on the average. The air is circulating inside the shoe all the time, accordingly TREKKER keeps the foot fine. (Registeration of design 2002-17567, Patent number : 0290595)
• There are also 238 holes at the top of honeycomb structure, they make the circulation of air between the foot and insole.

Sanitary Effect By Antifungal Treatment We treated a nontoxic medical compounds with special antifungal (phosphoric acid zirconium). In result it reduces colon bacilli up to 93% and micrococci, which occur athlete's foot, more than 80%, furthermore it deodorizes climbing boots.

Semipermanent product

• The cloth at the top of Trekker includes DYNA FLEX so that it doesn't almost get worn.
• It is possible to wash with water.
  ※ Please roll TREKKER from the toe part to the heel and put it in your shoe.
  

Usage

1. Please take out existing insole(A) of climbing boots and place it on TREKKER(B). And then please adjust both insoles in a straight line(c).[pic1]
2. 2. Please draw a line(D) according to the front of existing insole(the part of toes). [pic2]
3. 3. Please cut the rest in accordance with the line and put it in a climbing boots.[pic3]
